Adult skating

There are several Adult skating classes at Espoon Jäätaiturit.

Absolute adult ( & teens +15 years old )  beginners  is for skaters who have not skated at all or just a little bit. In this class, you can practice basic skating skills, starting with skating forward and backwards, how to stop etc.The group practices on shared ice with an ice skating school. The coach has a long experience in coaching adult skaters.
